Stain on the comforter.

I would not recommend this hotel. The carpets were dirty. It was the most disgusting thing. The staff brought us a new comforter but did not change the sheets. I had to force the guy to take away the old comforter. The manager did not even discount our room when we checked out. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life! ...read more

Bed was comfortable. Radio worked, but cord too short, kept unplugging. Overall clean and comfortable
Not enough open space outside of room, very little landscaping, was a breaking of someone's car that night, so not in a safe neighborhood.

Easy to find, no hassle check in.
The free wireless internet was a joke, pages loaded slower than dial up.

For quick and easy it was ok, but the so called free Internet service was so slow, it was unusable. So if you don't need an internet connection, it was ok, otherwise find another place with better accommodations all the way around. ...read more

We have trouble with our car key and the hotel did not give us importance, or showed any concern or tried to help to find a solution.

It was clean and was in a good safe location.
No pool and the continental breakfast was space.

I thought that the rooms were very clean. The location was nice and I felt very safe. I just wish that the day break breakfast that they had actually was what they said it would be.
